There is no account to create, nothing to subscribe to, and nothing to buy on this website.

Prosperity Desk does not issue insurance policies. The Delaney Agency, LLC is a licensed insurance agency. Policies are issued by licensed insurance carriers and offered through licensed agents. Availability, eligibility, terms and pricing are set by the carrier, not by us.
We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any product, that any option discussed will be available to you, or that any particular outcome will follow from a conversation with us. Nothing on this website is an offer of insurance or a promise of coverage.
Sessions are free and carry no obligation. You can end a session at any time and you are never required to buy anything.
Sessions are held on Zoom and are usually recorded, so your specialist can write your summary up accurately. You will be asked at the start of the session and you can decline. If you decline, the session goes ahead unrecorded.
We do not use a recording of you in any marketing material unless you give us separate written permission for that specific use.
The Delaney Agency, LLC is a licensed insurance agency based in Asheville, North Carolina. Our specialists are individually licensed, and the states each one can work in vary. If the specialist you meet is not licensed in your state, they will tell you at the start and we will arrange someone who is. Licence numbers are available on request. Products and services described on this website may not be available in every state.
Prosperity Desk does not charge you for anything. The guides are free and the sessions are free. Nobody is paid for running a session. There is no fee, no appearance payment and no bonus attached to holding the conversation, so a specialist gains nothing from a session that ends with you deciding to do nothing. You will never receive a bill from us.
Nothing on this website is a representation about what any product will pay, what it will cost you, or what it will be worth later. Any figures used in a guide or a session are illustrative. They are there to show how something works, not to predict your result. What actually happens depends on your circumstances, your health, the carrier, the contract you sign, and the law in your state.
