Prosperity Desk is a service of The Delaney Agency, LLC. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Delaney Agency, LLC, operating as Prosperity Desk.

What this programme is 

We send: 

• Short educational messages about retirement income, tax, and passing on what you have built 

• Invitations to group education sessions 

• Confirmations and reminders for sessions you book with us 

 We do not sell products by text message, and we do not send quotes or applications by text message. 

How you join 

You join by giving consent in one of these ways: 

• Completing the form at prosperitydesk.com/updates and ticking the consent box
• Completing the contact form at prosperitydesk.com/contact and ticking the consent box
• Giving your mobile number and consent to a Prosperity Desk representative during a call or session

Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us, from The Delaney Agency, or from any insurance carrier. Giving us your mobile number is not the same as consenting to text messages, and you can give us one without the other.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may. 

How to stop 

Reply STOP to any message to leave the programme. You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further.

Carriers 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your device.
